Sales Manager

 

 

 

Sense of Space is looking for a talented and proactive Sales Manager to join the company. We recently launched Sense XR Beta,  a tool that lets creative agencies easily create WebAR experiences. We already have paying users, but are looking to speed up the sales of our Enterprise license. Currently the sales efforts have been led by our COO, but we believe that a full time sales person could help us grow faster. You will still be supported by our CEO & COO.

 

Sense of Space, a Helsinki-based company, is dedicated to making intuitive and accessible content creation and streaming tools for volumetric video-based holograms. We are specialized in developing editing tools, cloud-based compression and streaming systems and WebAR technologies. Our products allow digital creators to adopt volumetric video holograms and 3D technologies regardless of their technical knowledge.

 

Who we’re looking for: 

To be successful in the role, you’ll need to be proactive and well organized. As our first sales person you shouldn’t be afraid of paving your own way. Some experience from sales is required, preferably from selling to agencies. You need to be comfortable reaching out to clients directly. That being said, you will have a great opportunity to grow with the company and help us build up a proper sales process. 

Our target customer segment are volumetric video capture studios, XR agencies, Creative Agencies and Media Companies.

We work with partners around the world, so fluent English is a must. Other languages are considered an advantage. 

The XR industry is changing rapidly, so a genuine interest in XR, webAR and volumetric video is appreciated. 

 

What’s in it for you?

At Sense of Space we truly work internationally. A typical day might see you talking to clients in Sydney, Tokyo and LA. Most of our clients work in marketing, media and entertainment, so we rarely see a boring project. 

As the first full-time sales person, you’ll be able to shape your role and the way we do sales. As the company grows, we hope that your role with us will develop. That being said, we are a startup, so you do need to enjoy getting your hands dirty and actually doing the job. 

 

Process: 

  • We’ll screen applications as they come in. 
  • Relevant applicants will be asked to join a short phone interview with one of the management team. 
  • If we feel that you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to a longer interview with the rest of the management team. 
  • We aim to update you on your progress within a week of the previous step. 

 

Time frame: 

  • We are looking to hire asap and will hire as soon as we find a fitting candidate
